IntroductionSoftlogic Life Insurance PLC has introduced a new mobile application to their Policy Conservation Officers to improve premium collection process.
The new application replaces the previous process of premium collection.
With the new application, officers can issue real time receipts and payment mode includes Cash & Cheque payments (PCU Officers can directly issue receipt to the customers at the point of collecting money).
At the same time, customers receive a confirmation message regarding their payment.Features- Easy to Use: Policy Conservation Officers can login to the app using given Username and password at anytime from anywhere.- User friendly Interface: PCU officers can easily make the payment through the app.- Pay your premiums at any time convenient for you - This helps you avoid any lapses or delays in payment.- Policy information at any time – Access details of your policy such as policy type, policy term, payment mode, commencement date of the policy and benefits.- Documents obtainable through the app – You request documents such as tax letters, surrender value certificates, embassy letters, premium summaries, payment history and bonus summaries.
